How to make an evaluated content for people — Everything is decided by preparation

We everyone can create content and share it with everyone easily these days. Especially if you make it for business, you want to create an evaluated one for people. This article will solve the problem.

However, I’m hardly going to tell you how to make the content. Consequently, preparation is the most important before the creative work coming from my experience.

I will tidy up in case you take down an article.

Common failure for creators

Some creators have the following common failure.

  • Few people pay attention to your article
  • It takes much time to complete the work

Have you thought about the reason why you face these difficult points? You have to stop it immediately if you start making the content directly on the computer before preparing rough design. You had better turn the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle even though the specific creative work.

So, your production efficiency and quality won’t be improved no matter how much you keep doing and doing.

Plan: Preparing a rough design

Do: Writing the description

Check: Taking a look analysis and comments

Act: Filling the gap base on the above check

What you have to prepare

To prepare enough is a higher priority than to start describing the article actually, or rather preparing decides the quality of the content completely.

  • The actualized need for people

The better need will be clarified, more details. Thus, you will come up with seeking an actualized need for people. You can ask anyone something around yourself first.

In my case, I have numerous friends who love to go to travel to Japan. However, they always are anxious about the expense of the trip because they enjoy traveling frequently. That’s why I assume they have a need to know the cost information.

e.g. The actualized need: to know “the cost of travel to Japan”

  • Search keyword

You have to think about how the people who have the above need search using by keyword. In this case, it’s not so easy for you to imagine aspecific keyword, Japan, Travel, Cost. Those are just a line in order.

However, those categorized people actually have various needs. Some want to know the cost of each place in Japan, some want the cost of the specific season, others want the cost for students, etc.

You can subdivide those keywords according to each part. If you succeed with the break into the small part, people will be able to reach your content easily.

Well, I refer to Google Keyword Planner to seek the appropriate keyword.

e.g. Search keyword: Japan, Travel, Cost, Christmas

  • The hidden need for people

You want to start writing the article because the deadline is coming. But, let me mention about one more point.

I’m sure you grabbed their needs and keywords obviously. But you should assume the hidden need for the people not only the actualized need.

In short, the people who need to get those cost information also want the cutting method of the expense.

e.g. The hidden need for people: to save their money for the travel

Drawing rough design

Let’s tidy up that preparation. Be cool, you still mustn’t text on your computer yet. You can draw the rough design on a paper as below.

  • Title (Including the search keyword)
  • Introduction
  • The cost of the travel (The actualized need)
  • The saving method (The hidden need)
  • Conclusion

The point is making a story to solve the problem people have. The preparation before writing decides the quality of your content.

How to write the article

The description shows them your character, that’s why you don’t need to get into a specific model. You already have the above framework by yourself and should start creating it according to that design.

Otherwise, people can’t find value in the article to be written by you.

Needless to say, you can refer to some books, other articles, or something but I’m pretty sure it’s important for you to emphasize your originality in the content except for the framework.

After care

After you finally published the content, the task of the check and act will remain. All of the creators will nervous when they review the response from the people.

If you know those tools but seldom use them in your daily life, you must start paying attention to the result. A tool will be just a tool also be awesome equipment depends on you.

You’d better have a framework if you are the person who will create much content continuously. That helps you to improve the work efficiency obviously.
